Double dimers

Abstract: I will discuss the Kasteleyn formula for double dimers from "Conformal Invariance of Loops in the Double-Dimer Model" by Kenyon. 

Depending on time, I will also discuss its application to computing scaling limits of topological observables in the double-dimer model.
